By accessing and using the MÆNS website (www.maens.nl) or making a purchase through our online store or Etsy shop, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of our site, products, and services.
MÆNS reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict access to the site at any time without notice.

All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of MÆNS and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Product descriptions
We strive to present our eyewear as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of vintage and deadstock pieces, slight variations in colour, wear, or shape may occur. Any such characteristics will be clearly noted in the product description and are considered part of the item's character, not a defect.
Pricing & payments
All prices are listed in EUR. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is required in full at checkout. We accept payment through the methods available on our website at the time of purchase.
Order confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order. MÆNS reserves the right to cancel any order due to availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified and any payment made will be refunded in full.
Shipping & delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by location. Full shipping details are available on our Shipping & Returns page. MÆNS is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Full details are available on our Shipping & Returns page. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@maens.nl.
Liability
MÆNS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.
Consumer rights
As a consumer based in the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery, during which you may return your order without providing a reason. This right does not apply to items marked as final sale or customised products.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts. As an EU consumer, you also have the right to submit disputes via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
