Shipping Policy
All orders are packed with care and shipped from our studio in the Netherlands. Every package includes Track & Trace.
We aim to dispatch within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–10 working days depending on your location.
Shipping rates:
— Netherlands : free
— Belgium & Germany : €9.00
— Rest of Europe : €12.00
— International : €22.00
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. MÆNS is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or customs processing. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or duties.

Return and refund policy
We stand behind every piece we send out. Because our eyewear is vintage or deadstock, minor signs of age are part of its character — this will always be clearly noted in the product description.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any included packaging or case.
To start a return, email us at hello@maens.nl with your order number and reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
The following items are non-returnable: gift cards, items marked as final sale, and customized or prescription lenses.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
