This is not a frame. This is a sculpture you wear on your face.
The Locos Art.071 defies every convention of optical design in a single, committed gesture. A continuous hairline black wire forms the brow bar and temples in one unbroken line — crossing at the bridge in a precise geometric intersection before extending to the ears with tapered black rubber tips. Below, two hexagonal lenses hang from gold-tone mechanical mounts, their angular diamond-pentagon shapes completely unlike anything produced by a conventional eyewear house. The mounting hardware — small gold bolts holding each lens at the top — is exposed, celebrated, made into jewellery.
Made in Germany. The Locos script signature sits in the lens corner in careful handwriting, the only soft element in an entirely architectural composition.
 
From the side the frame profile is extraordinary — a pure drawn line floating in space, the lenses suspended below it like precision instruments in a laboratory. Which, in a sense, is exactly what they are.
 
There is no other frame in this collection — or almost any collection — that looks like this. For the collector who understands that some pieces exist outside trend entirely.
